Nintendo released Super Monkey Ball Adventure, August 2006 and it was received with much excitement and anticipation only to later be given horrible rankings due to difficulty.
But Nintendo neglected to provide gamers with the basics for this excitingly, fun and most difficult game.
Here's a clue: To get to the next World, don't let the Nayslayer and the grayness of the screen get you down, speed your Monkey into it more than a few times and you will receive a wonderful surprise, entry into the next World.
Ah Hah!
There is much fun to be had in this game.
Have fun and for those of you who are not familiar with the game, shown below is some information courtesy of nintendo.com:
Super Monkey Ball Adventure drops AiAi and company into Monearth for a sprawling adventure that rolls through jungles, cities and the bottom of the ocean.
Features Three modes: Story, Challenge and multiplayer Party
Six party games: Monkey Target, Monkey Tag, Monkey Cannon, Monkey Bounce, Monkey Race and Monkey Fight
Meet 50+ characters, 20+ of whom are playable in party games.
10 Ball Abilities. Morph your Monkey Ball via "chants" (actually button combos) into a floating Wood Ball, climbing Sticky Ball, vanishing Invisiball and more Trouble in Prehensile Paradise On tropical Jungle Island, AiAi meets Princess Deedee (who hails from neon-lit Monkitropolis) and Prince Abeabe (ruler of the underwater city of Kongri-la).
Things aren't all sugar-and-spice between these star-crossed lovers, though, as their marriage is imperiled by a Romeo and Juliet-like feud between their respective kingdoms. Even worse:
Misunderstanding and suspicion have led to the rise of The Naysayers, gloomy killjoys who are sucking the joy from the Monkey World like King Kong with a giant straw.
To reconcile the feuding sides, AiAi must travel to Jungle Island, Monkitropolis, Kongri-La and two other Monkey realms, Moonhaven (a monkey-made city above the clouds) and Zootopia (a theme park world). His goal, for which he must undertake more than 60 quests: to help citizens and defeat the Naysayers.
And it just wouldn’t be a Super Monkey Ball game without plenty of bananas to collect and timed Monkey Puzzles to solve, would it? Let's Party, Dude Besides returning favorites like Monkey Fight, Super Monkey Ball Adventure boasts three brand-new party games for up to four players. All's fair in love, war and balloon-grabbing in Monkey Tag. The goal in Monkey Bounce is to claim territory by hopping on floating block grids.
In Monkey Castle, players build stone forts, then try to knock over rivals' forts by launching monkeys from cannons.
In Super Monkey Ball Adventure, the developers have done a splendid job of recreating those terrific Super Monkey Ball mechanics while greatly opening up the simians' world. The enhanced Party Mode and bright, colorful graphics add appeal to this audacious expansion of the sunny series.
